Which AI models are on the council?
By default your question goes to GPT-5.6 Terra, Claude Sonnet 5.5, and Gemini 3.8 Flash, one model from each lab. The bench holds more models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, Mistral AI, and Moonshot AI, and Pro adds the strongest model from each lab.
Is Council free?
Yes, to start. You get 2 questions without an account, then 3 a day with a free account. Pro costs $9.99 a month for unlimited questions, or you can buy 10 councils once for $4.99.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
ChatGPT gives you one model's answer, and a single model can sound sure while being wrong. Council asks several models from different labs on their own, shows where they agree and where they split, and turns that into one verdict. When they disagree, you see it instead of missing it.
What happens to my questions?
Your question is sent to the AI providers on your council so they can answer it. Every result gets its own page with a link you can share, and some results can be listed in search. Personal and health questions, questions with a document attached and follow-ups stay out of search, and Pro results are never listed.
Does it work in my language?
Yes. The site and the apps come in 22 languages, and the models answer in the language you write your question in.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Council is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Sign in with the same account and your history follows you.
What happens when the models disagree?
That is often the most useful part. The verdict shows how strongly the models agree, names the points they split on and explains which way it leans and why. You can then ask a follow-up or talk to any single advisor to dig deeper.
How does the free trial work?
Pro starts with a 3-day free trial on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing: on the web from your account menu, in the apps from your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
